Our Rinzai Zen Sesshin is an intensive period of practice consisting of Zazen (sitting meditation), Kinhin (walking meditation), Samu (work practice) and Sutra recitation. Twice a day there is the opportunity for Dokusan, private interview with the teacher.

Our Zazen periods last about 40 minutes, and we sit about 10 hours per day.
